About modification and amendments in the Law "About Education"

Article 1. "About education" (further – the Law) to state part 4 of article 6 of the Law of April 14, 1999 to No. ZR-297 in the following edition:
"4. The pupil with first on the fourth classes of educational institutions, performing the initial general education program, and also all classes of the educational institutions performing the special program, the state at the expense of means of the government budget free of charge provides with the textbooks provided, respectively, initial by general and special general education programs.".
Article 2. To recognize article 19 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. Item 12.1 of part 1 of article 37 of the Law after the word of "order" to add with the word "amendments".
Article 4. To add article 46 of the Law with part 8 of the following content:
"8. Preschool, general education, initial special (craft) and average special educational institutions for the purpose of providing reasonable devices in the course of the organization of training of persons needing special conditions of education, and also persons with disability receive target financing from means of the government budget according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 5. To state part 3 of article 48 of the Law in the following edition:
"3. The state provides the children studying at special schools – resource centers, the textbooks and other materials necessary for training.".
Article 6. To recognize part 5 of article 49 of the Law invalid.
1. This Law becomes effective since June 1, 2023.
2. The sublegal legal acts providing application of article 4 of this Law are accepted within six months after entry into force of this Law.
