The name to state 1) in the following edition:
"About the state control of implementation of the international motor transportations and separate cabotage motor transportations and about responsibility for violation of procedure for their accomplishment";
2) preamble after the word to "carriers" to add with the words "and separate cabotage motor transportations in the cases established by this Federal Law";
3) in Article 1:
a) in the paragraph the twenty seventh shall be replaced with words words of Customs union Eurasian Economic Union;
b) add with paragraphs of the following content:
"cabotage motor transportation - transportation of goods or passengers foreign carriers with use of the vehicles belonging to them including which are temporarily imported by them on the territory of the Russian Federation between the Items located in the territory of the Russian Federation;
