Bring in appendix 2 to Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 52, the Art. 2981), changes which are applied.

In Item 1.2:
in paragraph one of subitem 1.2.1 of the word "agreement signature of purchase and sale of natural gas" shall be replaced with words also in figures "provision of ensuring the accomplishment of payment obligations provided in subitem 1.2.2 of this Item";
in subitem 1.2.2:
in paragraph one of the word and figures "Till June 30, 2022 provides" to replace with the word "Provides";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
