About modification of the Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, Item of 1 part four of Article 12, of Item 4-1 of part one of article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of members of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 9, 2012 No. 16, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 for No. 1495/21807, the following changes:

Item 1.6 of the Section and after the paragraph of the fifth to add 1) with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"determination of risk level of bank as member of Fund in the course of carrying out stress testing of system of guaranteeing household deposits;".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the seventh;

Item 3.13 of the Section III after the paragraph of the eighth to add 2) with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"need of determination of risk level of bank as member of Fund in the course of carrying out stress testing of system of guaranteeing household deposits;".

With respect thereto the ninth - the fourteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the tenth - the fifteenth.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
