Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of May 15, 1991 No. 1244-I "About social protection of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP" (in edition of the Law of the Russian Federation of June 18, 1992 No. 3061-I) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of RSFSR and the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 699; Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 32, Art. 1861; Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2008, No. 9, Art. 817; No. 29, Art. 3410; No. 52, Art. 6224; 2009, No. 18, Art. 2152; No. 30, Art. 3739; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2016, No. 1, Art. 8; No. 52, Art. 7493, 7510; 2017, No. 1, Art. 50; 2018, No. 24, Art. 3411) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

a) in paragraph one of part three of the word "and also children of the first and the subsequent generations of the citizens specified in Items 1 - 3 and 6 parts one of article 13 of this Law and one of parents who was born after radiation exposure owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" shall be replaced with words "children of the first generation of the citizens specified in Items 1 - 3 and 6 parts one of article 13 of this Law which were born after radiation exposure owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash of one of parents, and also children of the second and the subsequent generations of the specified citizens if parents (one of parents) of such children have diseases owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash or the caused genetic effects of radiation exposure";
