Article 1

Bring in article 54 of the Federal Law of January 8, 1998 No. 3-FZ "About drugs and psychotropic substances" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 2, Art. 219; 2004, No. 49, Art. 4845; 2013, No. 48, the Art. 6161, of 6165) of change, having added with its Items 5 - 10 following contents:

"5. Social resettlement of patients with drug addiction is performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation after obtaining by patients with drug addiction of the narcological help and includes:

provision of the social and psychological services providing assistance in corrections of psychological state of patients with drug addiction for adaptation in social environment including rendering psychological assistance anonymously with use of telephone hotline;

provision of the social and pedagogical services directed to prevention of variations in behavior and development of the identity of patients with drug addiction, forming at them positive interests (including in the field of leisure), the organization of their leisure, assistance to family in education of children;

provision of the social and labor services directed to assistance in employment of patients with drug addiction and in the solution of other problems connected with their labor adaptation;

provision of the social and legal services directed to assistance in receipt of legal services including is free, in protection of the rights and legitimate interests of receivers of social services - patients with drug addiction, in recovery and execution of the lost documents;

rendering the government public assistance to patients with drug addiction based on the social contract.

6. Social resettlement of patients with drug addiction in the forms provided by paragraphs the second - the fifth Item 5 of this Article, is performed according to the legislation on social servicing.
