About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations on procedure for provision of office housing approved by the Order of the Government No. 914/2016

Based on article 51 of the Law No. 300/2017 on system of penitentiary administration (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 48-57, 124) DECIDES: the Government

1. Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations on procedure for provision of office housing approved by the Order of the Government No. 914/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 247-255, of the Art. 998), to add with Item 14 of the following content:

"14. Government employees with special status of system of penitentiary administration".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
