About entering of amendments into the Order of Customs Service No. 114-O/2020 on approval of Explanations to the Combined commodity nomenclature

1. The explanations to the Combined commodity nomenclature approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 114-O/2020 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2020, No. 75-83, Art. 271), to add with tariff subline item 9903 00 000 following contents:

Goods delivered as the humanitarian assistance Are classified in this subline item: 1) the Goods intended for distribution to the needing persons, orphanages, nursing homes and so forth, presented in the form of packets weighing no more than 15 kilograms, total number is at least 20, the goods consisting of 5 types classified by different goods items of the Combined commodity nomenclature and which comply with the conditions established by the Law No. 1491/2002 on the humanitarian assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova. 2) the Goods imported into time of the emergency state established by the Resolution of Parliament No. 41/2022 on the announcement of emergency state (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2022, nr. 522, art. 631) as the humanitarian help / donations for management of crisis of refugees in whom batches consist of goods with different tariff line items and transactions with each of these goods, according to their tariff classification, for filling of the declaration would involve disproportionate costs of work and time. This provision does not extend to medicines (3004), mechanical and electric to machines, devices and devices (Section XVI), vehicles (Section XVII). 2. Declare invalid the Order of Customs Service No. 190-O/2016 on classification of goods delivered as the humanitarian assistance (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, No. 163-168, the Art. 1050).

4. To impose control over execution of this order on management of customs value, classification and goods origin.
5. This order becomes effective from signature date and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
