About approval of changes and additions which are made to some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Recommend to bodies of local public authority of the second level and Executive committee of Gagauzia to cover additional expenses on increase in the extent of the monetary assistance to the families with children which are beneficiaries of additional family support at the expense of means of budgets of the corresponding administrative and territorial units.

Changes and additions which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 889 of November 11, 2013. "About approval of the Framework regulations on the organization and functioning of Social service of family support for families with children" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 262-267, 1005) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 5 of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection";
