About modification and amendments in the Law "About Ensuring Activities, Servicing and Social Guarantees of Officials"

Article 1. From the subitem "an" of Item 12 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of February 4, 2014 No. ZR-1 "About ensuring activities, servicing and social guarantees of officials" (further – the Law) words "is dismissed on one of the bases provided by parts 1-3 of Article 25. Article 2. To add article 5 of the Law with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. If the size of the allowance of person holding the positions specified in Items 5-12 of part 1 of article 2 of this Law established by the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service" exceeds 30 percent of official rate, then the pension calculation provided by part 3 of this Article joins 30 percent of the amount of the allowance.".
Article 3. In article 9 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 12 of the word "about the Investigative Committee" "about the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia";
"Article 14" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 2 of part 12 of the word "Article 13";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in part 13 of the word "in parts 1, 8-12 Articles 2" "in Items 8-12 of part 1 of Article 2".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
