1. Bring in some orders of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following changes and amendment:
1) in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 1, 2013 No. 859 "About approval of Rules of rendering services in transportation of disabled people by road transport" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8950):
to state heading of the specified order in the following edition:
"About approval of Rules of rendering services in transportation of persons with disability road transport";
to state preamble of the specified order in the following edition:
"According to the subitem 23) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About road transport" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About social protection of persons with disability in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I ORDER:";
to state Item 1 of the specified order in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering services in transportation of persons with disability road transport.";
The rules of rendering services in transportation of disabled people by road transport (further – Rules) approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order;
