About introduction of amendments to the Law on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment No. 105/2018

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment No. 105/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 448), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 3 with concept of the following content:

"the voucher for professional training of the unemployed - the check in paper or electronic form issued by National employment agency of the population which reflects the cost of services of professional training and by means of which makes sure that its owner has the right to acquire services of professional training at suppliers of these services.".

2. Part (Article 32 to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) the Unemployed selects the service provider of professional training from supplier list, the authorized and accredited National agency on quality assurance of education and researches, and represents to the chosen supplier the voucher for professional training of the unemployed.".

3. The change made in all text of the law by this Item concerns only the text in state language.

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective in three-months time from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to develop the mechanism of use of vouchers for professional training of the unemployed.

(3) to National employment agency of the population annually till December 31 to publish the list of the authorized and accredited service providers of professional training on the official web page.
