About entering of amendment into the Law "About Police"

Article 1. No. ZR-177 "About police" to add the law of April 16, 2001 with Article 9.1 of the following content:
"Article 9.1. Implementation of functions in the field of road traffic offenses, and also observance of passport system at check points through frontier
1. The functions in the field of road traffic offenses, and also observance of passport system provided by this Law at check points through frontier perform bodies of service of homeland security.
2. Bodies of homeland security when implementing the functions provided by part of 1 this Article are guided by this Law, the Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About foreigners", "About features of the administrative production performed on cases on the road traffic offenses found by devices for video or photographings", "About frontier" and other legal acts.
3. The single questions connected with implementation of the function provided by part of 1 this Article can be regulated by the order of the Government.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
