I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 28, 2018 No. 53/Tax Code "About Approval of Rules of Forming and Maintaining the Register of the Confidential Software and Products of the Electronic Industry, and also Criteria on Inclusion of the Software and Products of the Electronic Industry in the Register of the Confidential Software and Products of the Electronic Industry" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16750) the following change:
Rules of forming and maintaining the register of the confidential software and products of the electronic industry, and also criteria on inclusion of the software and products of the electronic industry in the register of the confidential software and products of the electronic industry approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to development department of the electronic industry and the industry of digital assets of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
