Bring in the Federal Law of December 27, 2018 No. 498-FZ "About the responsible treatment of animals and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 53, Art. 8424; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5236) following changes:
Part 1 of Article 5 to add 1) with Item 10.1 of the following content:
"10. 1) establishment of requirements to content of animals in the places used for trade in animals;";
2) Article 11 to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. Content of animals in the places used for trade in animals is performed according to the requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2023.
