1. in the Instruction of passing of military service in National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

"47. The military personnel is not subject to the rotation connected with moving to other area:

having (the being guardians) children with disability, including adopted (adopted);
having dependent on aged parents;
in year of the termination of the contract on passing of military service;
before which age achievement of limit there were 3 years;
in case of impossibility of their appointment to equal or highest military positions.";
state Item 80 in the following edition:
"80. Contract cancelation at the initiative of authorized body with the expectant mothers, women having children under three years, the lonely mothers who are bringing up the child aged up to fourteen years (the child with disability up to eighteen years), the other persons cultivating the specified category of children without mother, during staff redundancies (organizational and regular actions) is not allowed.".
2. To provide to the main command of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
