About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Civil Registration"

Article 1. "About civil registration" (further – the Law) to state part 3 of article 7 of the Law of January 19, 2021 to No. ZR-66 in the following edition:
"3. The information on state registration of acts of civil status is provided to the relevant authorized bodies for the purpose of forming and maintaining the state register of the population of the Republic of Armenia, to court (judge), prosecutor's office, bodies of pretrial investigation in connection with the initiated criminal proceedings or the initiated civil cases and upon the demand of other competent authorities or persons provided by the law.".
Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 65 of the Law of the word "criminal case" shall be replaced with words "criminal prosecution".
Article 3. In Item 3 of part 1 of article 69 of the Law of the word "criminal case" shall be replaced with words "criminal prosecution".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021.
