About modification of the Law "About Environmental Control"

Article 1. In Item 3 of part 3 of article 28 of the Law of April 11, 2005 No. ZR-82 "About environmental control" the word "inquiry" shall be replaced with words "pretrial investigation".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021.
