Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About liberty of conscience and religious associations" of March 26, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 3, Art. 82; 2011, No. 6, Art. 450; 2018, No. 1, Art. 27) following changes and amendments:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. The relations regulated by this Law
This Law, governing the relations in the field of providing and realization of human rights on liberty of conscience and religious liberty, relations of the state and religious associations, determines legal status of religious associations.".
2. To add part 4 of article 5 after words of "armed groups" with sign and words ", and also creation and activities of political parties of religious nature".
3. Regarding 2 Articles 8, 10, the name and the text of Article 12 of the word "religious educational institutions", "organization of religious education", "Organizations of Religious Education", "organizations of religious education" and "organizations of religious education" to replace parts 8 of Article respectively with the words "educational institutions of religious education", "educational institution of religious education", "Educational Institutions of Religious Education", "educational institutions of religious education" and "educational institutions of religious education".
4. To add part 3 of Article 9 with the second offer of the following content:
