About Regulations on procedure for the organization and carrying out international contests (tenders) for the conclusion of contracts for use of natural resources
For the purpose of attraction of non-state funds for development of mineral and raw complex of Ukraine and increase in efficiency of use of subsoil the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization and carrying out international contests (tenders) for the conclusion of contracts for use of natural resources it (is applied).
2. Authorize the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment to act as the customer and the organizer of international contests (tenders) for the conclusion of contracts for use of natural resources with the right of carrying out their state registration.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1993 N871 "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for the Organization and Carrying Out the International Biddings (Tenders) in Ukraine" regarding the organization and tendering (tenders) which subject is the right to the use of natural resources/joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, N 3, of Art. 59/;
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 27, 1995 N948 of the "About Approval of the Procedure for the Conclusion of Contracts for Use of Natural Resources with Participation of Foreign Legal Entities and citizens/joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, N 3, Art. 106/.
