About entering of amendments and changes into the Forest code of the Republic of Armenia
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 25, 2022
Article 1. To add part 1 of Article 6 of the Forest code of the Republic of Armenia of October 24, 2005 (further - the Code) with the Items "zh1-zh8" of the following content:
"1) determination of procedure of leaving and sanitary cabins;
2) determination of procedure of reforestation cabins in the woods of production appointment;
3) determination of age of the cabin of forest types of trees;
4) determination of procedure for forest management on the state forest lands and the works which are not connected with forest utilization;
5) determination of procedure for allocation of cutting areas;
6) determination of procedure of the state monitoring of the woods;
7) determination of fire safety regulations in the state woods of the Republic of Armenia;
8) determination of forest policy, strategy and National Action Programme of the Republic of Armenia;".
Article 2. To declare the Item "z" of part 1 of article 6 of the Code invalid.
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 7 of the Code with the Items "d1-d5" of the following content:
"d 1) determination of procedure of reforestation and afforestation;
д 2) determination of criteria and indicators of steady management of the woods;
д 3) determination of forms of the logging ticket and forest ticket and procedure for their issue;
д 4) determination together with authorized body in the field of territorial administration and infrastructures of the list of the settlements located directly in the neighbourhood with the woods, receiving privilege on acquisition of free firewood from waste for the non-productive purposes;
д 5) determination together with authorized body in the field of emergency situations of form of the plan of response to the fires in the woods and in especially protected natural territories;".
