Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for the purpose of housing subsidies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 No. 848 "About simplification of procedure for provision to the population of subsidies for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of the liquefied gas, solid and liquid oven household fuel" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 76; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 5, Art. 178; 2019, No. 69, the Art. 2390), after words "utility" to add with words "(except cases when in apartment apartment houses to consumers who installed autonomous systems of heating the service fee on delivery of heat energy is charged (regarding expenses of heat energy on heating of places public and auxiliary rooms, functioning of intra house systems of heating of the building/house)".
