About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of increase in the Republic of Belarus in share of the payments made by physical persons in non-cash form, I decide protection of interests of citizens:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item of 1 appendix - since August 27, 2022;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2014 No. 493 "About development of clearing settlements":
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"For the purpose of increase in the Republic of Belarus shares of payments *, made by physical persons in non-cash form:";
add preamble with the interlinear note of the following content:
