1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on forming and application of rates for paid educational services in the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2009 No. 300 the following changes:

in Regulations on the forming and application of rates for paid educational services in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The price list of rates for paid educational services is developed for foreign students separately and affirms according to Item 5 of this provision.

The minimum size of rates for paid educational services for the foreign citizens from foreign countries studying in higher education institutions on medical specialties is determined according to the procedure, established in appendix to this Provision.";
