About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2020 No. 5
Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719, of part two of Item 8 of the Regulations on military accounting approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2003 No. 1662, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. No. 5 "About establishment of document forms of military accounting" to be reworded as follows appendix 5 to the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2020 it (is applied).
2. Determine that the forms of certificates of the recruit issued before entry into force of this resolution are valid to the term established in them and are not subject to replacement.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
