to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2022 No. 287
1. "About provision of housing and communal services" to state part one of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2015 to No. 535 in the following edition:
"1.2. the authorized person on management of common property of joint household is appointed by local executive and administrative organ from among the state customers in the field of housing and communal services (further - the state customer) or other state organizations, the organizations in which authorized capitals 50 and more percent of shares (share in authorized fund) belong to the Republic of Belarus and (or) its administrative and territorial units.".
2. In part two of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2017 "About enhancement of procedure for withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land" figures "2023" to replace No. 463 with figures "2025".
