1. In Item 5 of the requirements to the feasibility statement on the investment project with considerable investments approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 2021 No. 515 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 43, the Art. 2626, No. 100, the Art. 6592):
1) in subitem 1:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"information on project objective, including its compliance to the priorities determined in the State strategy of regional development and the corresponding regional development strategies and the expected effect of its realization;";
2) in subitem 2:
the fifteenth and sixteenth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
- information on need of work, connected with technical training of the project, including, if necessary, carrying out concerning the parcel of land obsledovatelsky, prospecting, land, cartographic, project and design and exploration work, inspection of engineering networks, assessment of need for adjacent infrastructure, in particular, transport, electro-, water - heat supplies, etc.;
- information on the main technical and qualitative indexes of the project which are planned to be reached (the expected performance, product quality indicators (goods, works, services);";
