About measures for further development of production of veterinary medicines

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 1, 2017 "About measures for the organization of activities of the State committee of veterinary science of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and also for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development of national production of veterinary medicines the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3026,:

1. Approve the Program of measures for further development of production of veterinary medicines for 2018 - 2023 according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine the main objectives of the ministries, departments and other organizations within program implementation of measures for further development of production of veterinary medicines for 2018 - 2023 (further - the Program of measures):

carrying out complex research and experienced and experimental works on urgent problems of development and increase in efficiency of veterinary actions, consecutive implementation of their results in production processes;

activation of processes of upgrade and the accelerated development of national production of veterinary medicines, growth in volumes of production and extension of the commodity nomenclature of the competitive, being in stable demand in the market products for the purpose of consecutive reducing import, including on the basis of broad attraction of foreign investments;

widespread introduction of modern methods of quality management, with development of advanced technologies of production of demanded range of veterinary medicines, ensuring certification and standardization of the made products according to the international requirements;

enhancement of professional level of knowledge of scientific and technical personnel of producers of veterinary medicines, including by means of involvement of highly qualified foreign specialists, and also expansion of international cooperation with the lead foreign research establishments and the organization.

3. Agree with offers of the State committee of veterinary science of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Research institution of veterinary science, the Samarkand institute of veterinary medicine, producers of veterinary medicines on the organization in the republic in 2021 - 2023 of production of veterinary medicines against infectious diseases of animals according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

4. To the state committee of veterinary science, the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Research institution of veterinary science, the Samarkand institute of veterinary medicine to render every possible organizational and practical assistance to producers of veterinary medicines in receipt of the necessary methodological and scientific and consulting assistance in questions of establishing production of veterinary medicines, the disinfection and disinsection means of synthetic origin based on implementation of the advanced developments of domestic and foreign science.

5. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and city of Tashkent:

give full assistance to producers of veterinary medicines in realization in the territories of free economic zones and small industrial zones of investment projects with further promotion of goods on the domestic and foreign markets;

organize with involvement of printing and electronic mass media, with participation of representatives of expert circles economists, lawyers broad information and explanatory work about the privileges and preferences to producers of veterinary medicines provided by the state;

render assistance in obtaining by producers of veterinary medicines of the non-producing plants and property which are in state-owned property on zero redemption value with adoption of investment obligations.

6. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments to provide when forming state programs of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 2019 and the next years allocation of necessary funds for construction and connection to engineering and communication networks of objects of producers of veterinary medicines.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. T. Mirzayev and the acting as the chairman of the State committee of veterinary science of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. T. Norkobilov.
