About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2013 No. 764 and of November 20, 2020 No. 667
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on procedure for decision making concerning capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places, No. 764 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2013:
in Item 1:
in part two:
the paragraph one after the word "constructions)" to add with words "(further - capital structure)";
in paragraph three shall be replaced with words the floor "for" "it is given in the relation";
add part with paragraphs of the following content:
"technical data sheet or sheet of technical characteristics;
certificate of balance sheet accessory and cost.";
in part three:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
