Regarding the 2nd article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About pastures" of June 20, 2019 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2019, No. 6, Art. 320; 2021, No. 6, of the Art. 391) of the word "urgent and unlimited use" shall be replaced with words "the unlimited, urgent and (or) lifelong inherited use to Dehkan (farmer) farms according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
