1. In the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 24, 2022 No. KR-DSM-27 "About approval of the Standard of delivery of health care in stationary conditions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 27218) to make the following changes:
in the Standard of delivery of health care in stationary conditions in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by appendix 1 to the specified order:

"17. The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Issue of the Direction to Patients on Hospitalization in Hospital" (further – the state service) including characteristics of process, form, content and result of rendering, and also other data taking into account features of provision of the state service is provided in the standard of the state service according to appendix 5 to this Standard.
For receipt of the state service the uslugopoluchatel addresses the PHC organization (further – the service provider), or by means of the portal of "the electronic government" (further – the portal).
When giving by uslugopoluchatel of all necessary documents, through the portal the notification to uslugopoluchatel – about the date of receipt of result of rendering the state service, signed by the digital signature (further – the EDS) the authorized person of the service provider or person fulfilling its duties goes to "personal account".
In case of the address of uslugopoluchatel after the termination of working hours, in days off and holidays according to the labor law, reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service by the service provider is performed the next working afternoon.
