About modification of article 2 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001

Art. I. - Item 8) parts (1) article 2 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, after words "independence of the Republic of Moldova," to add with the words "and to persons which were involved by the Ministry of Defence in collection of ammunition and military equipment, in mine clearing of the territory and objects after completion of fighting for protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in two-month time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
