About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, of 34, of 35, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring requirements of banks of Ukraine and clients who are serviced in banks, including 56 Laws of Ukraine in the conditions of warlike situation, turnover coins of national currency of Ukraine, promoting of role of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in fight against the Russian aggression the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 213, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 for No. 1044/21356 (with changes), the following changes:
Paragraphs the third, twelfth, thirteenth Item 1.2 of Chapter 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"the distributor of National Bank (further - the distributor) - bank of Ukraine, other legal entity determined by National Bank which based on contracts with National Bank sell on its own behalf numismatical products of National Bank and investment coins provide development and strategy implementation on expansion of the markets of their sale and promotion;";
"retail price of National Bank (further - retail price) - the price according to which the National Bank sells commemorative coins and souvenirs of National Bank at retail to physical persons and legal entities;";
