Parts 2 and 3 of Article 6 to state 3) in the following edition:
"2. Protection of the biometric data containing in base of biometric data is performed according to this Law, the laws in the field of information of personal nature, in the field of electronic control, in the field of protection of the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic.
