Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of February 26, 1997 No. 31-FZ "About mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 9, Art. 1014; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7613; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1663) following changes:
