About entering of amendment into the Law "About Education"

Article 1. No. ZR-297 "About education" to add part 7 of article 18 of the Law of April 14, 1999 with the fourth paragraph of the following content:
"Age restriction for realization of the right to the compulsory secondary twelve years' education specified in the first paragraph of part 7 of this Article does not extend to the convicts serving custodial sanction in criminal and executive organizations which before the punishment expiration at the time of submission of the written application about realization of right to education had more than one year. Persons specified in this paragraph voluntarily can exercise right to education (receipt of secondary education) at the expense of means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since August 1, 2022.
