About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning stimulation of development of the Ukrainian book publishing and book trading

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About publishing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 32, Art. 206 with subsequent changes):

Part one of Article 1 to add 1) with Item 10-1 of the following content:

"10-1) electronic Books in the Market catalog - the automated information and analytical system containing information on the book editions available in the market of Ukraine including offered by publishers for sale";

2) in Article 5:

in word part two "Ukranian-language editions of the market, funds of libraries" shall be replaced with words "editions in state language and languages of indigenous people of Ukraine of the market, funds of libraries with use of the electronic catalog "Books in the Market";

the ninth to replace part with two new parts of the following content:

"The state gives support to subjects of publishing, creates favorable conditions for development of national book publishing according to the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of publishing case in Ukraine", including by compensation of actual expenses of distributors of publishing products (book products) on real estate lease used by the subject of publishing as specialized shop for trade in books.

Provision in lease to subjects of publishing of the state-owned and utility property is performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property";

Part third of Article 20 to add 3) with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"provide filling and timely updating of the electronic catalog "Books in the Market";

Article 25 to add 4) with part six of the following content:
