About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2020 No. 822 and of February 28, 2022 No. 169

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2020 No. 822 "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of the electronic catalog" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 75, the Art. 2407) and of February 28, 2022 No. 169 "Some questions of implementation of defense and public purchases of goods, works and services in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1254, the Art. 1285, No. 33, the Art. 1792) changes which are applied.
2. Stop action for action of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine:
Item 3 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 25, 2019 No. 846 "About determination of public institution "Professional purchases" by the centralized purchasing organization" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 77, Art. 2660; 2020, No. 5, the Art. 248) with the changes made by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2020 No. 1079;
Items 6 - 9 Procedures for forming and use of the electronic catalog approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2020 No. 822 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 75, the Art. 2407).
