Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2010 No. 153-Z "About rendering psychological assistance" the following changes:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. The main terms used in this Law and their determinations
For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are used:
psychological assistance - the actions performed by the psychologist and directed to assistance to the citizen in the prevention, permission, overcoming psychological problems, crisis situations and their effects, preserving mental health, optimization of psychological development, social adaptation and rehabilitation, self-development, self-realization and improvement of quality of life of the citizen;
psychological problem - experience by the citizen of violations of its life activity and impossibility of their independent overcoming, experience of difficulties in maintenance of mental health, optimization of psychological development, social adaptation and rehabilitation, self-development, self-realization;
crisis situation - the circumstances leading to emergence of psychological problems with which the citizen cannot cope by methods, usual for it;
crisis intervention - immediate rendering psychological assistance in crisis situations, and also for overcoming their effects.".
2. In Article 4:
third to state part in the following edition:
"Person can be the psychologist:
the having higher education on specialties on which qualification "Psychologist" is appropriated or qualification "Psychologist" is component of the appropriated qualification, and meeting the qualification requirements established according to the legislation imposed to psychologists;
having academic degree of the doctor or candidate of psychological sciences;
