About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the address with waste"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2007 No. 271-Z "About the address with waste" the following changes:
1. To exclude Items 21-1 and 32-1 of Article 1.
2. In Item 6 of Article 2 of the word "and other legislation" shall be replaced with words "the legislation, this Law and other acts of the legislation".
3. The fourth Article 6 to exclude the paragraph.
4. In Item 1 of Article 7:
state subitems 1.7-1 and 1.7-2 in the following edition:
"1.7-1. establishes conditions and procedure for accomplishment by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production and (or) commodity importation, obligations on ensuring collection, neutralization and (or) use of waste of the goods and waste of packaging which are formed after loss of consumer properties by them (further - waste of goods and packaging), and to provision of information on accomplishment of obligation on ensuring collection, neutralization and (or) use of waste of goods and packaging;
1.7-2. establishes the list of waste of goods and packaging which collection from physical persons the legal entities performing retail trade, and procedure for collection of such waste shall provide;";
in subitem 1.8 of the word "state non-commercial specially authorized" shall be replaced with words "specially authorized state non-commercial".
5. To exclude subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of Article 8.
6. In Item 1 of Article 9:
in subitem 1.6 of the word "state non-commercial specially authorized" shall be replaced with words "specially authorized state non-commercial";
exclude subitem 1.7.
7. In subitem 2.6 of Item 2 of Article 12 of the word "state non-commercial specially authorized" shall be replaced with words "specially authorized state non-commercial".
