About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of social security
For the purpose of strengthening of social support of vulnerable segments of the population, and also "About strengthening of the state support to separate categories of vulnerable segments of the population" of May 14, 2022 No. 153 and according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 29, 2018 No. 307 the following change:
- to state appendix 4 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of temporary disability benefit, maternity allowance and Regulations on procedure for provision of ritual benefit (on burial)" of September 18, 2018 No. 434 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of temporary disability benefit, maternity allowance approved by the above-stated resolution:
- Items 81, of 82, of 83, 84 to recognize invalid.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in the republican budget money for increase in the sizes of public welfare payments.
4. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
