Item 2-1 of the Procedure for registration and issue of the certificate of capture on accounting of the internally displaced person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 509 "About accounting of internally displaced persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2296; 2015, No. 70, Art. 2312; 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1418) to add with paragraphs of the following content:
"The internally displaced person which submitted the application electronically through the Action Portal, in particular, mobile application of the Action Portal after inclusion of information about him in the Single information database about internally displaced persons can address to authorized body or to the authorized person of territorial community / center of provision of administrative services in the place of stay on accounting for receipt of the reference in paper form.
