For the purpose of ensuring uninterrupted production in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and realization of Item 2.10 of the list of measures for increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, including ensuring macroeconomic stability, the Council of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the order of March 17, 2022 No. 12, according to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 29 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved on May 29, 2014:
1. Bring in the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and trail cars to them" (TR CU 031/2012) (further - the technical regulation) changes according to appendix.
2. Till May 31, 2024 release into the stream of commerce and realization on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and engines to them made in the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the requirements established in appendix 5.1 to the technical regulation are inclusive allowed.
3. Assessment of conformity of products specified in Item 2 of this Decision can be performed based on the existing certificates of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation and certificates of conformity of the engine to the requirements established in appendix 5.1 to the technical regulation.
