Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2014 No. 683 "About approval of Rules of passing of polygraphological research in law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 42, the Art. 403) the following change:
in Rules of passing of polygraphological research in the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. The citizens employed in law enforcement agencies (for study in the organization of formation of law enforcement agencies) the Republic of Kazakhstan, law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of certification and conducting office investigation pass researches in the relevant division of law enforcement agency.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
