According to the subitem 1 of Item 1-2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 I ORDER to No. 209 "Some questions of state registration and functioning of unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice in the conditions of warlike situation", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228,:
1. Make changes to the List of administrative and territorial units within which access for users to unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine stops, in the conditions of warlike situation, No. 1307/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 01, 2022 registered on April 05, 2022 for No. 386/37722, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To the administrator of unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:
take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order;
provide according to the address of users of unified and state registers whose holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, according to the procedure of and taking into account the restrictions determined by the legislation, access to the corresponding registers in connection with changes in the list of administrative and territorial units within which access for users to unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, in the conditions of warlike situation stops.
