1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to requirements to the rules of internal control developed by lawyers, notaries, incorporated trustees (managing directors) of foreign structure without formation of legal entity, executive bodies of the personal fund having the status of the international fund (except the international heritable fund), by the faces performing business activity in the field of rendering legal or accounting services, auditing organizations and individual auditors, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2021 No. 1188 "About approval of requirements to the rules of internal control developed by lawyers, notaries, incorporated trustees (managing directors) of foreign structure without formation of legal entity, executive bodies of the personal fund having the status of the international fund (except the international heritable fund), persons, performing business activity in the field of rendering legal or accounting services, auditing organizations and individual auditors" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 29, Art. 5684; 2022, No. 6, Art. 895; No. 14, Art. 2312).
