According to the Federal Law "About Counteraction of Legalization (Washing) of Income Gained in the Criminal Way and to Terrorism Financing" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed requirements to the rules of internal control developed by lawyers, notaries, incorporated trustees (managing directors) of foreign structure without formation of legal entity, executive bodies of the personal fund having the status of the international fund (except the international heritable fund), persons performing business activity in the sphere of rendering legal or accounting services, auditing organizations and individual auditors.

2. Determine that the rules of internal control existing before entry into force of this resolution are subject to reduction by lawyers, notaries, persons performing business activity in the sphere of rendering legal or accounting services, auditing organizations and individual auditors in compliance with the requirements approved by this resolution within 1 month from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 180 days after day of its official publication.

For the purposes of this document concerning persons specified in Item 1 of article 7.1 of the Federal Law terms "the persons rendering legal or accounting services", "to the organization, rendering legal or accounting services", "individual entrepreneurs, rendering legal or accounting services" are used.

Lawyers, notaries, incorporated trustees (managing directors) of foreign structure without formation of legal entity, develop the executive bodies of the international personal fund, persons rendering legal or accounting services and realize rules of internal control in case of implementation of transactions with money or other property, stipulated in Item 1 article 7.1 of the Federal Law.
