Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Regulations of the prices (rates) in the field of heat supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6022; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2996; 2018, No. 42, Art. 6472; 2022, No. 3, Art. 576):

a) Item 96 in paragraph one (the words "not later than in 10 calendar days" shall be replaced with words 20) "within 7 working days";

b) add Item 104 with the subitem "k" of the following content:

"j) creation during the term of implementation of the concessionary agreement of the new objects of heat supply specified in part 7 of article 51 of the Federal law "About Concessionary Agreements", technologically connected with heat supply objects which are subject of the concessionary agreement.".
