"k) data on the income which is the taxation object on the income of physical persons and insurance premiums for identification of the citizens needing receipt of measures of social protection (support);";

b) add with subitems "l.1" and "l.2" the following content:

"l. 1) data on income gained from implementation of business activity for identification of the citizens needing receipt of measures of social protection (support);

l. 2) data on the income of the physical persons who are taxpayers on the professional income for identification of the citizens needing receipt of measures of social protection (support);";
