About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

The resolution after Item 5-2 to add 1) with new Item 5-3 of the following content:

"5-3. Prohibit issue by banks of the savings certificates nominated in foreign currency.";

The resolution after Item 12-3 to add 2) with five new Items 12-4 - the 12-8-following content:

"12-4. Emitting banks for write-off/transfer from the account / into the customer account of money on the transactions performed with use of electronic means of payment if the currency in which interbank transfer is made does not match with account currency of the client, use:

1) hryvnia exchange rate to foreign currency which cannot exceed more than for 10% the official rate of the National Bank of Ukraine which is effective in day of reflection by bank of transaction, - in case of write-off from customer account of money in hryvnia if interbank transfer on such transaction of the client is made in foreign currency;
